Modern automatic transmissions make increasingly stringent demands on lubricants as they are becoming more complex, compact and light. The time when it was possible to use
standard lubricants has passed. More and more the manufacturers in the automobile sector are calling for special lubricants with own-brand specifications. In response to this trend, Kroon-Oil has developed its premium-quality special (SP) product line, in conjunction with these manufacturers.
Automatic Transmission Fluid SP 2012 is a very advanced synthetic automatic transmission fluid.
By using the most advanced basic oils and additives, the following properties have been obtained:
- Very thin (a smooth change gear at lower temperatures as well);
- Very good oxidation stability (can cope with the current extended oil change intervals);
- Low solidifying point;
- Very good anti-corrosion, anti-wear and anti-foaming capacities (optimal gear protection);
- Neutral to seal agents used (prevents leakage)
Application
Automatic Transmission Fluid SP 2012 can be used for automatic transmission boxes, power-steering units, torque converters and other applications.
For optimal application always use the Kroon-Oil recommendation database.
