Kroon-Oil has developed its premium-quality special (SP) product line, in conjunction with these manufacturers.
Transmission Oil SP 1051 is a premium-quality synthetic transmission oil that has been specially developed for the manual transmissions of passenger cars from Nissan, Opel, Renault en Volvo. The following properties are achieved by making use of selected synthetic base oils and special additives:
- The high viscosity index results in fast and smooth gear changing behaviour at both low and operating temperatures.
- An outstanding oxidation stability level, so that Transmission Oil SP 1051 has a long life-span and is durably resistant to high operating temperatures.
- Special EP additives and optimally-functioning syncromeshes (changing gear without grating) create optimum protection against wear under heavy operating conditions.
- Outstanding resistance to corrosion and high resistance to the formation of foam.
Application
