Description
Maestrol is a two-stroke (petrol) engine oil on a semi-synthetic base, formulated with special two-stroke additives, to achieved the following properties:
- Special tacky additives obtain a perfect lubrication of all engine parts which result in less wear and a longer enine life.
- Active detergency, preventing, even at very high temperatures, from deposits in the combustion zone and at the scavenger ports
- Very clean combustion preventing spark plugs from fouling, in this way securing a maximum output of the engine
- Very effective activity against wear and corrosion
- Limited formation of smoke and odour
- Can be used in combination with leadfree petrol
Application
Maestrol is advised for the lubrication of high speed air-cooled two-stroke engines in mopeds, motorbikes, scooters, chainsaws, lawnmowers, generators, etc. Maestrol may also be used for water cooled two-stroke engines (radiator-type cooling systems). Maestrol is often used in a mixture of 1:50 or the mixture recommended by the engine manufactures. Maestrol is a self-mixing twostroke engine-oil, but can also be used in combination with an automatic lubricating system.
