Description
Synfleet SHPD 10W-40 is a "new generation" Fuel Economy, synthetic diesel engine oil, formulated with Extreme HVI base oils and a well-balanced choice of additives.
Synfleet SHPD 10W-40 has the following properties:
- Very powerful detergency properties minimizing deposits in the hot zone of the engine
- Very strong dispersion properties, thus keeping deposits and cold sludge to a minimum
- Powerful anti-corrosion and anti-foaming qualities
- High and stable natural Viscosity Index
- Low Sulphated Ash number
- Powerful anti-wear properties resulting in reduced wear of piston rings and cylinder liners
- Reduced fuel consumption
Application
Synfleet SHPD 10W-40 is applicable in all types of gasoline and diesel engines (normally or turbo charged) even under the toughest operation conditions, the whole year round. Synfleet SHPD 10W-40 has High Total Base Number and may therefore be used, in combination with fuels with relatively high sulphur content.
This motor oil has been developed to allow extended oil drain-intervals (up to 45,000 km) and to prevent "bore polishing" (= cylinder wear).
