Modern transmissions make increasingly stringent demands on lubricants as they are becoming more complex, compact and light. The time when it was possible to use standard lubricants has passed. More and more the manufacturers in the automobile sector are calling for special lubricants with own-brand specifications. In response to this trend,
Kroon-Oil has developed its premium-quality special (SP) product line, in conjunction with these manufacturers.
Transmission Oil SP 1021 is a modern, fully synthetic gear oil. The product has been developped for life span use in Ford IB5 gears in various Ford models.
By using synthetic basic oils combined with an advanced additive package, the product meets the following properties:
- Providing fuel savings (up to 2%, low costs);
- Very strong lubricating film, under very severe conditions (security);
- Good oxidation stability ('fill for life' possibility);
- Because of its thin capacity switching can easily be done;
- Prevents effective gear and bearing wear (longer life span of the transmission)
Application
Transmission Oil SP 1021 is a fuel saving 100% synthetic transmission oil which has especially been developed for application in Ford IB5 gears used in various Ford models. For optimal application always use the Kroon-Oil recommendation list.
