Modern automatic transmissions make increasingly stringent demands on lubricants as they are becoming more complex, compact and light. The time when it was possible to use
standard lubricants has passed. More and more the manufacturers in the automobile sector are calling for special lubricants with own-brand specifications. In response to this trend, Kroon-Oil has developed its premium-quality special (SP) product line, in conjunction with these manufacturers.
ATF SP 2062 is a premium-quality long life automatic transmission fluid that has been specially developed for the latest generation of electronically controlled automatic transmissions of Aisin Warner. The unique formulation of ATF SP 2062 translate into following properties and benefits:
- Excellent oxidation stabiltity, which makes "filled for life" possible;
- Outstanding lubrication properties;
- Outstanding resistance to corrosion and high resistance to the formation of foam;
- The use of special friction modifiers results in controlled friction properties for smooth and efficient gear changes;
- Very low solidifying point resulting in very good low temperature properties;
- Fully compatible with seal agents, even the latest generation synthetic rubber seals.
Application
Automatic Transmission Fluid SP 2062 has been specially developed for electronically controlled automatic transmissions of Aisin-Warner. These are used by various OEM's in their cars and vans. ATF SP 2062 is recommended for use if one of the following qualities or OEM partnumbers are specified: JWS 3309, Toyota & Lexus Type T-IV, Volvo 1161540, VAG G055025-A2 & GM 9986195.
