Description
Copper + Plus is an anti-seize compound consisting of micro-size particles of copper in a non-melt bentone grease base but no lead.
Besides these basic anti-seizes ingredients, highly effective oxidation and corrosion inhibitors have been added to Copper + Plus. This unique combination gives Copper + Plus the following properties:
- Rapid and easy assembly of threaded parts
- Reduces torque
- Prevents seizing and galling
- Gives quick and easy breakout of threads, gasket and packings even after long exposure to high temperature or corrosive conditions, or extreme surface pressures
- Reduces wear in areas of high friction
Application
Copper + Plus is invaluable for application to any component that needs to be dismantled.
Copper + Plus can be used for lubricating the back of disc brake pads to prevent brake squeal.
For exhaust systems use Copper + Plus between manifold, pipes and mufflers for removal without distortion or damage Copper + Plus can be used on studs and bolts for dismantling with minimum of trouble.
Copper + Plus has a temperature range up to 1350 degrees!
