Description
A bitumen based underbody coating with excellent corrosion resistance.
Thanks to an optimum balance of bitumen, fillers, corrosion inhibitors and adhesion promoters, Underbody Coating has good sound-damping properties, good hiding power and excellent adhesion to common substrates.
Underbody Coating is barely temperature sensitive and can be applied vertically or horizontally over a wide temperature range without dripping or mist forming.
Following application, a black, non-sticky, elastic film with good wear resistance is formed. This film is resistant to water and salt, has sound-damping properties and is resistant to the impact of stones, mechanical damage, chemicals used on roads and gasses emitted by industry.
Application
Underbody Coating has been specially developed to provide durable protection against rusting for vehicle floor pans and wheel arches.
