Description
Compound OGL is an Open Gear Lubricant based on high quality solvent refined mineral base oils.
Compound OGL contains a number of selected additives such as, bitumen, EP additives, and the wear-protector molybdenum-disulphide, to obtain the following properties:
- Powerful protection against wear even under extreme heavy conditions
- Very good penetrating properties
- Excellent water-displacing capacity, even in salt water
- Great adhesion to metals
- It stays flexible at very low temperatures till -35°C
- Good protection against corrosion
Application
Compound OGL can be used as a lubricant for open gearwheels for extreme heavy load, chains and steel wires working in the open air and which need a great penetrating lubricant with good anti-rust properties.
