Description
Compound OGL EP 0/1 is an Open Gear Lubricant based on a "mixed-complex" soap thickener and high viscous solvent refined mineral base oils. Compound OGL EP 0/1 contains a number of selected additives such as, EP additives, anti-wear additives and anti-corrosion additives, to obtain the following properties:
- Powerful protection against wear even under extreme heavy conditions
- Excellent water-displacing capacity, even in salt water
- Excellent adhesion to metals
- It stays flexible at very low temperatures
- Very good protection against corrosion
Application
Compound OGL EP 0/1 can be used as an high quality Open Gear Lubricant for various extreme heavy load applications in dusty and "open-air" environments such as open gearwheels and coupling discs of trucks.
