Description
Caliplex HD EP 2 is a very high quality lubricating grease, manufactured from thick base oil with polymers and a Lithium-Calcium soap type. Special anti-corrosion, anti-wear and 'Extreme Pressure' additives are incorporated to obtain the following properties:
- Superior adhesion to metals
- Excellent grease collar to prevent dirt sand and water entering
- Excellent water resistance
- Extremely good stability, resulting in extended service periods
- Good anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties
- Extremely good pumping qualities
- Excellent extreme pressure properties
- Able to withstand high shock loads
- Free of lead and nitrites, does not contain toxic components
Application
Caliplex HD EP 2 Grease a high quality grease for use under extreme load conditions in agriculture, earth moving and industry, like:
- Pin and bush connections of digging booms on hydraulic excavators
- Suspension bearings of jibs, construction masts on draglines and cranes
- Pentagons and hexagons, ladder bearings on dredgers, cutterhead and reclamation dredges
- Heavy-load slow-speed bearings in earth-moving work, agricultural equipment and industry
