The emphasis of the 2016 program is in the FIA European Rally Championship. "Together with our loyal sponsors Kroon-Oil and Kumho tire we put down a very challenging program," Hermen says. "Our focus will be on the European championship. We will start with the Rally Islas Canarias, a tarmac event on the twisty and narrow roads of Gran Canaria. In June we will be present during the Kenotek Ypres Rally and at the end of August we will participate during the Barum rally. A rally that we drove last year mainly to gain experience. In this second outing, we will aim higher for sure.

In addition to these European events, Hermen Kobus and Erik de Wild will compete with the Belgian top in R5 twice more. "In the Belgian championship, we will participate during the TAC Rally and possibly the Rally of Wallonia. Those two events we can use to prepare ourselves for the Kenotek Ypres Rally. In Belgium the pace in R5 particularly is very high. For the upcoming season, not only Freddy Loix, but also Vincent Verschueren will drive a Skoda Fabia R5. Beautiful references.
