In 2017, Kroon-Oil B.V. is the proud sponsor of trusted names like Kobus Tuning, KEV Racing and MP Motorsport. In addition, also Jourdan Serderidis, who comes out in the WRC next season, can count on support from lubricants producer from Almelo.
Through this cooperation, Kroon-Oil B.V. is present in rally sport with very strong partners in both the national- and international competition. Hermen Kobus runs an ambitious program in the ONRK and Kevin Demaerschalk in the BRC. Both talented riders arrive at the start in a R5 rally car, Hermen in his Skoda Fabia R5 and Kevin in a Citroën DS3 R5. Jourdan Serderidis will at least race 5 WRC races in his Citroën DS3 WRC and additionally some races in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Last season, MP Motorsport had a fantastic start in the Formula 4 championship. In this competition, both number 1 and 2 came from the Dutch racing team. Also next season, many eyes will be on the team from Westmaas. In all championships in which the team competes, many promising names are contracted. In Formule 2, Jordan King (UK) and Sergio Sette Câmara (BRA). In Formule Renault 2.0 Richard Verschoor, Jarno Opmeer en Neil Verhagen (USA), and in Formula 4, the karting talent Bent Viscaal from Albergen.
