Espadon ZCZ-1200 is a honing oil, based on refined High Grade base oils. The product is supplemented with selected anti-mist, polar and chemical 'anti-weld' additives. Together with effective evaporation, Espadon ZCZ-1200 contributes to an improvement in the working environment during its entire service life. Thanks to its special formulation, Espadon ZCZ-1200 achieves the following properties:
- Chlorine-free
- Low aromatic content
- Low formation of oil mist
- Does not affect machine varnishes and seals
- A low level of evaporation
- Good EP properties
- High penetrating and cleaning ability
- Good surface finish
- Can be used with all other Kroon-Oil machine oils
Application
Espadon ZCZ-1200 is used undiluted for the honing and lapping of cast-iron and short-chipping, tough, cemented steels. Espadon ZCZ-1200 can also be used for machining light metals and glass at high cutting speeds and when sharpening tools using diamond discs.
