Espadon ZCZ-1500 is a cutting oil, based on refined High Grade mineral base oils. The product is supplemented with selected anti-mist, polar and chemical 'Extreme Pressure' additives. Together with effective evaporation, Espadon ZCZ-1500 contributes to an improvement in the working environment during its entire service life. Thanks to its special formulation, Espadon ZCZ-1500 achieves the following properties:
- Chlorine-free
- Outstanding EP properties
- Good air-release and resistance to foaming
- Does not affect machine varnishes and seals
- Low aromatic content
- Low formation of oil mist
- A low level of evaporation
- Good surface finish
- Can be used with all other Kroon-Oil machine oils
Application
Espadon ZCZ-1500 is a multipurpose oil used for the processing of higher-tensile strength free-cutting steel, as well as of bright (non-ferrous) and light metals. Furthermore, this oil has outstanding properties in relation to surface, wire, and ball grinding. The universal character of Espadon ZCZ-1500 means that it can be used as a machine oil for transmissions and the hydraulic system.
