Perlus AF 15 is a premium 'Extreme Pressure' hydraulic oil, based on specially selected solvent-refined base oils, with a natural viscosity index, supplemented with additives to achieve the following properties:
- Outstanding wear resistance
- Very effective against corrosion
- Excellent oxidation stability
- Excellent demulsifier
- Excellent air-release and resistance to foaming
- Does not affect synthetic seals
- A low pour point
Application
Perlus AF 15 is a hydraulic oil and is suitable for both heavy-duty hydraulic installations and for gear transmissions and bearings subjected to a light load. This oil is also highly suitable for use as circulation lubrication, for vacuum pumps and general mechanical lubrication (with the exception of turbines). This oil should not be used in systems containing silver-plated components (see Hydra ZF).
