Mould 2000 is light-coloured mould oil used in the concrete industry and construction sector. It consists of a highly refined base fluid and a very volatile liquid. Non-toxic, surface-active substances and agents resistant to corrosion have been added to this. After the volatile liquid and bleeding water have evaporated, the resulting low interfacial tension ensures a beautifully smooth concrete surface. This product provides the following properties:
- Minimal adhesion of the concrete to the framework
- Steel shuttering remains free of rust
- Smooth and easy release
- Prevents pores from forming on the surface of the concrete
- Dust-proof cement
- Problem-free application of finishing layers
- No discoloration of the concrete surface: essential for visible cement finishes
Application
Mould 2000 is suitable for steel and coated wooden shuttering used in the concrete construction and the concrete industry using (partly) heated moulds.
Quantity per m2:
- Coated multiplex: 1 litre per 30 to 40 m2
- Steel and other metals: 1 litre per 40 to 50 m2
- For best results, apply thinly
- Remove any excess product with a brush or sprayer
- Remove any residual product to prevent stains.
