Caliplex HD Grease EP 2 is a premium lubricant grease, formulated from a thick base oil with polymers and a lithium-calcium soap and is supplemented with special anti-corrosion, anti-wear and 'Extreme Pressure' additives to achieve the following properties:
- Superior adhesion to metal
- Effective grease collar to prevent mud, dirt and water from entering
- Outstanding water resistance
- Excellent stability, as a result of which a long service life can be achieved
- Good resistance to corrosion and wear
- Excellent pumpability
- Outstanding high pressure 'Extreme Pressure' properties
- Resistant to shock, vibrating and sudden loads
- Unleaded and nitrite-free; contains non-toxic ingredients
Application
Caliplex HD Grease EP 2 is a premium grease, able to withstand very heavy-duty applications in agriculture, earth-moving and industry. Some examples:
- Boom and bus joints of digger arms on hydraulic excavators
- Support bearings of main booms, masts on draglines and cranes
- Pentagons and hexagons, ladder dredger bearings on bucket dredgers, cutting head and suction dredgers
- Heavy-duty slow running bearings in earth moving, agricultural machinery and industry
