Espadon ZC-3500 is a cutting oil based on refined High Grade base oils, supplemented with selected anti-mist, polar and chemically active 'anti weld' additives. Together with effective evaporation, Espadon ZC-3500 contributes to an improvement in the working environment during its entire service life. Thanks to its special formulation, Espadon ZC-3500 achieves the following properties:
- Chlorine-free
- Extremely good EP properties
- Does not affect machine varnishes and seals
- Low aromatic content
- Low formation of oil mist
- A low level of evaporation
- Good surface finish
- Can be used with all other Kroon-Oil machine oils
Application
Espadon ZC-3500 is a heavy-duty cutting oil suitable for use in machining high-alloy, stainless, acid and heat-resistant austenitic steels that are very difficult to machine. It has proven its worth in the machining of types of steel that are prone to smearing, meaning that build-ups can form on the cutting edges. The product can be used in the cutting and shaping of gear wheels and the tapping of threaded spindles.
N.B. Discolouration may occur when processing non-ferrous metals.
