Gas Engine Oil Bio-LF 40 is a motor oil for gas engines. Specially developed for the lubrication of 4-stroke gas engines that use biogas and landfill gas with a relatively high degree of contamination. The use of specialist, state-of-the-art, high quality base oils, combined with newly-developed additives, gives the product the following properties:
- Causes fewer deposits in the combustion chamber and on the valves
- Good noise-reduction properties
- Excellent oxidation stability
- Excellent ability to neutralise acids
- Excellent cleaning properties
- Provides good protection against wear
- Excellent filterability
Application
Gas Engine Oil Bio-LF 40 is suitable for use in 4-stroke gas engines that require an oil with a higher acid neutralising capacity. It is especially suitable for vehicles using biogas or landfill gas. The fact that oil change intervals can be longer means that this motor oil helps extend the service life and reduces maintenance costs. Its low phosphorus-content also extends the life of the vehicle's catalytic converter.
